Floatation vs. Doodleboxx @ Rainbow, Fri 13th April

Live acts: Tsubo Soul and Flexous

DJs: Steve Alexander, Anton Debiage & Fred Lopez
----------------------------------------------------
For this one we will be joining forces with Doodleboxx to put on a cutting edge night of live production and dj performances, supporting some serious local talent and adding some damn funky live music to the mix!

Expect an aural assault of booming textures and warped chords for your aural pleasure as we have local electronic house producer Flexuous making his debut live appearance!! Next up are the multitalented Tsubosoul playing a selection original bass driven music aimed for the eclectic dance floor, with a wide range of influences they bring together a unique sound that blurs genres and avoids pigeon holes. With live drums, bass, guitar and synths/samplers they play an instrumental set that both rocks and grooves. Check links below for a taster. DJ support comes from Floatation sound system and Ajjio.

Floatation @ Bloom Festival, 12th-13th August

Spread over 4 arenas, Bloom hosts a unique blend of up-and-coming and established groups, artists, DJs and labels. Sounds will include cutting edge music from a plethora of genres encompassing electro, house, breaks, hip hop, jazz, funk, ska, bluegrass and drum&bass. Visuals will also play a major role at Bloom and there will be an exciting number of AV and VJ acts on the line up. Limited to only 3000 tickets Bloom remains an exclusive event just for you.

This unique event takes place in the enchanted surroundings of the Larmer Tree Gardens, a sculpted Victorian Garden set in the heart of Wiltshire. Created by General Pitt Rivers in 1880 as pleasure grounds for “public enlightenment and entertainment”, the Larmer Tree Gardens are a lush example of Victorian extravagance and vision. We’re looking to recreate that extravagance all over again - 21st Century style. Check the pictures of the site below!!

Crazy P live @ Medicine Bar - Tuesday 14th March

Crazy P aka Crazy Penis hit town next month with their 8 piece band for what promises to be a very special live gig at Medicine Bar performing tracks from their awesome new album ‘A Night on Earth’ plus some other classic Penis tracks and cheeky covers. And if you haven’t had a chance check out the album I would recommend you do so. A definite must for those who like a bit of lush, summery, electro disco house, rare groove action.

If you heard their live session on Radio 1 from Maida Vale last month or saw them at Big Chill 2 years ago you know these guys can really lay it down live. See artists section for more info and biog on these guys.
